Nope. We take the stress out of creating a website and take care of all the technical stuff. However, if you are interested in learning how something works we have tonnes of resources available, and our support team are always happy to help.

Yes. Our in-house copywriters will provide unique content based on your brief. We’ll also provide premium stock images, in addition to any images you wish to provide.
Absolutely. Although whilst it’s not a requirement, we’d recommend transferring your domain name to us – it makes it a lot easier to get your site online and manage everything thereafter.
The short answer is; we aim to get your site online within two weeks. However it really does depend on how quickly we get the information and feedback we need to get started, and the type of content and imagery your website requires. We prefer to get your site done right, rather than rush it.
Yes! We allow for two rounds of changes before making your website live. This gives you the chance to review your site and make any edits. Changes need to be requested in writing before we can get to work.
Yes. We’ll optimise the key areas of your website to help it rank in Google for the terms your potential customers would be using to find businesses like yours. We’ll also submit it to the most popular search engines (ie. Google, Bing, and Yahoo).

This is a completely managed service, so you don’t need to make any changes yourself. It’ll usually just be a matter of getting in touch with us and we’ll get the updates sorted for you. However, if you do wish to make changes manually, we do provide all the URLs, usernames and passwords you’ll need to access your site.
The minimum contract is 12 months, then after the service stays on a month to month rolling contract, which you can end at any time at no extra cost.
In short, yes you can! However, before we can get you on board our web designers will need to access your existing website to check how your site would be integrated and managed. If everything looks ok, we’ll give you a quote to join the service. This is normally the monthly hosting price plus a reduced set up fee for moving the website onto the design package.
Yes this is possible, after all it’s your website. However as this is a managed service we would no longer be able to help with updating your website or answer any other support queries should you decide to move.
