As you may know from your own experience, and incompatible theme or plugin can paralyze your entire website after an update. We try to solve obvious or known problems directly. Otherwise, we will restore the backup and contact you with a recommendation on how to proceed (e.g. which plug-in needs to be deactivated/replaced).
Fixing the problem is not covered in the maintenance service. We will give you a cost estimate and will be happy to fix the problem for you. You (or your web designer) can, of course, look for a suitable solution yourself.
All support inquiries and change requests can be sent to us by email. Changes are usually made within 24 hours on working days.

Yes, if you are no longer satisfied with your maintenance contract, you can simply send us a message and cancel the maintenance contract at the end of each month.
In order to keep the administrative effort as low as possible, we send the invoice annually in advance. If you cancel, we will, of course, pay you back the remaining term of the maintenance contract proportionally. Nobody likes long-term binding contracts.

Our “goodwill” rule: If, as a Gold Plan maintenance service customer, you only have a question every few months that we deal with in 10 minutes, you don’t have to book any additional support time. We will tell you if the effort is too great and accordingly there is a charge.
Basically, minor changes to your website or answers to your questions will be charged at the current hourly rate according to the effort.
If there are major changes or new functions, we will make a cost estimate or offer in advance.
